• Your & Your Child’s Info: Your name, your child’s name and birthday, and your contact details (email, phone number).
• Booking & Payment Details: To process your purchases and reservations securely.

We use this information to process your bookings, and send you occasional updates or special offers.

You’re in Control
You have the right to see, update, or ask us to delete your personal information at any time. Just send an email to info@mywonderplay.com.

Protecting Your Little One’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent’s permission. If you think we have, please let us know, and we will remove it immediately.

Our Playground Rules

Waiver
Active play comes with potential risks. To keep everyone safe and informed, we require a parent or guardian to sign a liability waiver upon entry. Submitting the waiver  confirms your acknowledgement to potential risks and agreement to release WonderPlay Zone from liability.

Play Safe & At Your Own Risk
Our indoor playground is thoughtfully designed with your child’s safety in mind. While we are committed  to maintaining a safe environment, we cannot be held responsible for injuries or lost items. By entering, you agree to supervise your children and accept the potential risks that come with an active play space.

Parties & Bookings
When you book a party, we’ll ask for a deposit and will clearly explain our Party booking and cancellation policy.

Our Website & Brand
All the logos, photos, and text on our website belong to us. Please don’t copy or use them without asking us first. We also ask that you use our website respectfully.

Changes to Our Policies
We may update these rules from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
