Our Story
WonderPlay Zone was born from a shared dream between two longtime friends. For years, we envisioned a space where children could play freely, safely, and interactively—a place filled with creativity, laughter, and meaningful connection. We imagined a community where strong bonds could form: between parent and child, among parents, and among children themselves—a space where friendship naturally grows.
But we didn’t stop there. We also wanted to create an environment where parents could be part of the experience: spending quality time with their kids, or simply watching over them while catching up on work in a comfortable co-working space.
It’s through our friendship, our shared goals, the support of our families, and a common vision that this dream has become a reality

Every corner of WonderPlay Zone is shaped by the incredible children closest to our hearts—each one bringing their unique spark and spirit to the space we’ve created.
Jon
Jon’s love for singing and boundless imagination inspired our sensory-rich toddler zones and performance-friendly play areas—where little voices are free to be loud, expressive, and proud.
Cromwell
A born performer with a love for school theater, Cromwell reminded us of the magic of dramatic play. His influence led to dedicated areas for storytelling, role-playing, and creative expression.
Jaja
Now a devoted mom of three, Jaja continues to inspire us to create an inclusive, welcoming space for families of all sizes—one where strong bonds between siblings can grow and lasting memories are made.
Ella
Ella’s artistic eye and flair for design brought our themed play zones and overall visual identity to life—adding color, creativity, and charm to every detail.
Carl
Carl’s passion for physical challenges and brainy problem-solving, like his obsession with Rubik’s Cubes, helped us design spaces that engage both body and mind—featuring obstacle courses, and brain-boosting activity corners.

Welcome to WonderPlay Zone! While my role focuses on planning and vision, you’ll often find me hands-on, ensuring WonderPlay Zone consistently meets my highest standards for cleanliness and comfort. This dream is now a reality, born from my experiences as a former educator and a mother of two in Folsom. I envisioned a safe, engaging space where children could explore and learn through imaginative play, and parents could feel at ease. It’s truly a privilege to welcome your family to WonderPlay Zone, and my co-owner and I are dedicated to making it a beloved place for our community.

Founder / Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Hello there! I’ve always been passionate about creating meaningful, safe, and engaging spaces for kids. I also deeply value building a sense of community among parents, where casual conversations and playdates can grow into lasting friendships that feel like family.
Living in a place with extreme weather, whether it’s scorching heat or sudden rain, and understanding how difficult it can be to find balance as a working parent, I saw the need for a year-round indoor space. A space where children can play, socialize, stay active, and celebrate milestones, while families connect and parents can work productively with their kids safely nearby under supervision.
We are truly excited to meet new families and welcome you to our community!
