Making the most of your playtime.
Before you pack your socks and hop in the car, here’s everything you need to know about our hours, pricing, and what to expect when you arrive. We’ve designed our schedule to balance open play and private events, so every visit is a great one!

We have dedicated times for public Open Play and for private parties to ensure the best experience for everyone.

  • Open Play & Co-Working Hours:
    • Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    • Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM (Noon)
  • Dedicated Party Hours (Private Bookings Only):
    • Monday – Thursday: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM 
    • Friday: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM & 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
    • Saturday & Sunday: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM, & 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Our drop-in Daily Pass is perfect for spontaneous fun!

  • Primary Child: $18
  • 1st Sibling: $14
  • Additional Sibling: $9
  • Accompanying Adult or Non-Playing Child: $5 (One adult is free with each paid child)
  • Babies (under 6 months): Free with a paid sibling!

Yes! For the safety and cleanliness of our play space, grip socks are mandatory for all guests (children and adults) who enter the matted play areas. No shoes or bare feet are allowed. If you forget a pair, no worries—we have socks available for purchase at the reception area.

Yes, a signed waiver is required for all children and adult before they can enter the play area. We highly recommend you fill it out online before you visit to save time at check-in!

Your child’s health and safety is our absolute top priority. We follow a rigorous cleaning schedule using child-safe, non-toxic products. This includes daily sanitization of all play equipment, cleaning high-touch surfaces every two hours, and a weekly deep clean of the entire facility after hours.

To keep our play area clean and safe, all food and drinks must be enjoyed  in our designated  tables and chairs provided inside or on our outdoor patio.

We are happy to share that outside food and drinks are now welcome at WonderPlay Zone! However, to protect our guests with severe allergies, we remain a strictly Peanut and Tree Nut-Free facility.

We kindly ask that you ensure all outside snacks brought into the building are completely nut-free. Forgot your snacks? Don’t worry! A variety of delicious, nut-free treats and refreshments are always available for purchase at our retail corner.

Yes! We have a special, enclosed soft-play zone designed specifically for our little explorers (2 year-old and below) featuring age-appropriate toys and structures to help them explore safely.

While our friendly staff actively monitors the entire play space to encourage safety and enforce the rules, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their own children at all times.

Yes! We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for all our guests. Please ask a staff member for the network information when you arrive.

Absolutely! We love to celebrate. We offer fantastic, private birthday party packages that include everything you need for a memorable and hassle-free celebration, from decorations to dedicated party hosts. Please visit our Birthday Parties page for all the exciting details!

Yes, WonderPlay Zone is a great venue for school field trips, daycare outings, and other large group events. Please contact us directly at info@mywonderplay.com to discuss group rates and arrangements.

At WonderPlay Zone, we offer open play during our operating hours, which means you’re welcome to come and enjoy our space! All visits require a valid Play Pass or an active WonderPlay Zone Membership. While registration (booking a specific play slot) is not strictly necessary for members or those with Play Passes, we highly recommend doing so to guarantee your entry and avoid disappointment, especially during busy times or if we’re nearing capacity.

Every single play session, whether you’re using a Play Pass or your Membership, is a fantastic 2 hours of pure fun! This helps us keep the play space just right for everyone.

Nope, not usually! The first adult coming in with a child is always FREE. If you’re bringing extra grown-ups along for the adventure (like a grandparent or an aunt!), they can join the fun for just $5 per 2-hour session.

While registration for a specific time slot is not required for members or Play Pass holders, we highly recommend it.

Booking ahead ensures you secure your spot and helps us manage the number of families in the play area, providing a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone, especially on weekends or during school breaks.

You bet! For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, socks are required for ALL guests (yes, even adults!) Don’t forget ’em!

Choose the perfect fit for your family:

It’s just $60 per child, per month and $10 for additional adults. If you visit us just four times a month, you’re already getting a fantastic deal!

WonderPlay Monthly Play Pass is an auto-renewing membership charged monthly to the card on file. Passes can be paused or canceled with 7 days’ notice before billing. Rates are locked in, with 30 days’ notice for any changes. Payments are non-refundable, and access may be paused if a payment fails until resolved.

This is our ultimate savings option! It’s $540 per child for the entire year and $50 for additional adults or non-playing child (when paid upfront). That works out to only about $45 a month – a whopping 25% off the monthly child’s rate!

You get all the Monthly Play Pass benefits, PLUS:

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, no prorated refunds or credits will be given for unused months. In cases like relocation over 25 miles or documented medical reasons, management may approve a partial refund at its discretion.

If you need to put your membership on hold, please contact us directly at info@mywonderplay.com. We handle hold requests on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find the best solution.

  • Your first sibling gets a fantastic 25% off their membership price.

Birthday Party and Events

Celebrate with Ease and Joy!
We’re here to make your special moments unforgettable. Whether you’re planning a birthday bash or a private event, we’ve got everything you need to make it fun, smooth, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about hosting your celebration with us.

Booking & Payments

It means you get the entire WonderPlay Zone facility all to yourselves! Every party includes two hours of exclusive use of our indoor playground and our  secure outdoor patio. Your group will be the only guests in the facility during your reserved time.

Booking your party is easy! Simply go to Play & Services →click Birthday & Events, select your preferred date and time from the available slots, and fill out the booking form. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your party.

We completely understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. Your non-refundable deposit can then be credited toward a future booking within 12 months subject to availability. For cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

Guests & Pricing

All our party packages include admission and fun for up to 15 children.

You can absolutely invite more friends! Additional children can be added to any package for just $19.50 each.

Adult guests are always welcome at no charge! Babies under 6 months are also free, but we do ask that you include them in your total headcount for capacity planning.

Health & Safety

Yes, all guests (both adults and children) who wish to enter the play area must have a current, signed waiver on file. This can be filled out conveniently online before your party.

Yes, for the safety and cleanliness of all guests, socks are required for everyone upon entry (adults included). For our Essential,  Classic and Grand packages, grip socks for the 15 included children are provided.

No, you and your guests are responsible for supervising the children at your party at all times. Our staff is there to assist with party setup and general facility needs.

Food, Cake & Decorations

Yes! All our parties are “Bring Your Own Food,” giving you the complete freedom to create a menu your kids will love. Just a couple of friendly reminders: we are a peanut and nut-free facility, and for safety, personal cooking appliances (like crock pots) and alcoholic drinks are not permitted.

We don’t offer cake refrigeration, but bringing it closer to party time works great! We’ve got a lighter and cake  spatula available upon request.

You are welcome to bring your own tabletop decorations and weighted balloons. To protect our play space, we do not permit anything to be taped or tacked to our walls or ceiling. For everyone’s safety, piñatas and confetti are not permitted.

On Your Party Day

You’re welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up. Please have your guests arrive during your reserved time.

We know it can be challenging to get everyone together on time! Because our parties are scheduled back-to-back, your private 2-hour party will begin promptly at your reserved start time and can’t be extended for late arrivals. We recommend letting your guests know to arrive on time so you can make the most of your celebration!

Our dedicated party hosts are here to ensure your celebration is seamless and hassle-free! They’ll assist with setting up and cleaning up your party room, help keep the event flowing on schedule, and even lead the “Happy Birthday” song. You can also count on them to cut your cake using a cake spatula and handle all the post-party cleanup, so you can relax and enjoy every moment. Please note, for safety, our hosts cannot transport cakes or other items from/to your car, nor can they handle breakable items. We appreciate your understanding.

Co-working + Play FAQs

Welcome to a new way to work! We’re here to help you balance productivity and playtime. Here’s everything you need to know about how our unique co-working experience works.

Booking Your Session

Yes, please! To ensure you have a dedicated spot waiting for you, all co-working sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so booking ahead guarantees your spot and helps us prepare for your arrival!

Absolutely! Your co-working pass includes one child, and you are always welcome to bring their siblings along. We offer a special, discounted rate for any additional children.

Our coworking memberships and passes are non-transferable and are valid only for the registered adult. This helps us maintain a secure and consistent environment for everyone. Waiver agreements are tied to individuals for legal and liability reasons.

Your Workspace & Amenities

Our coworking area is designed for focus-friendly work. To keep the space productive for everyone, we kindly ask that you use headphones for calls and set your phone to vibrate. While it’s a separate area, please expect the happy background sounds of a children’s play space!

Yes! We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Your Child's Playtime

While our play attendants provide general supervision to ensure a safe environment for all children, parents remain responsible for their child at all times that includes diaper change and bathroom breaks. You must remain on-site within the facility. Our space is designed so you’re always just steps away from the play action if you’re needed!

To ensure a productive and successful experience for our working parents, our Coworking + Play service is designed for children ages 3 and up.

You bet! For everyone’s safety and cleanliness, socks are mandatory for all guests and grip socks for children upon entry to the play space. We have them available for purchase if you forget.

Your Co-Working Pass Options & Pricing

No sign-up fee—join today and start working!
Get priority access to our quiet co-working spaces, high-speed WiFi, free coffee, and family-friendly environment with no enrollment cost. Perfect for parents who want to work while kids play.

If you need to stay longer, additional time is counted in 2-hour blocks and deducted from the remaining balance — until the full 20 hours are used.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Pass Validity

We know life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We’re happy to help you find a new time or apply a credit to your account for a future booking.

To cancel your Monthly Coworking Membership, we require a 30-day notice prior to your next billing cycle. This allows us to process your request smoothly and ensures you aren’t charged for the subsequent month.

  • 5-Session Pass: Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • 10-Session Pass: Valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
