1. Socks, Socks, Socks!

   For the health and cleanliness of our play space  grip socks are mandatory upon entry.  No shoes or bare feet, please. If you forget a pair, don’t worry! We have socks available for purchase at the reception area.

2. You are Your Child’s Superhero Supervisor!

   Children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times. Our wonderful staff is here to monitor the facility and encourage safe play, but they do not provide direct supervision or childcare.

3. Health & Wellness First

   For the health of our entire community, we kindly ask that any guests (both children and adults) who are feeling unwell, have a fever, or show symptoms of a contagious condition please stay home to rest and recover. Let’s work together to keep everyone healthy! In addition, a sanitation station is available at the entrance and encourages all guests to sanitize hands upon entry.

4. Age-Appropriate Adventures

   Our play structures are specially designed for the wonder and safety of children aged 5-month old to 7 years old. Some equipment may have specific height or age guidelines posted, which must be followed. Our enclosed toddler area is a special zone reserved for our little explorers (2 year-old and below) and their caregivers only. Don’t Forget Our Patio! Explore Outside! Check out our outdoor patio for added fun and fresh air.

5. Fueling Up! (Food & Drink Policy)

   To keep our play area clean and safe, all food and drinks must be enjoyed only in our designated  tables and chairs provided inside or on our outdoor patio.

   We are happy to share that outside food and drinks are now welcome at WonderPlay Zone! However, to protect our guests with severe allergies, we remain a strictly Peanut and Tree Nut-Free facility.

   We kindly ask that you ensure all outside snacks brought into the building are completely nut-free. Forgot your snacks? Don’t worry! A variety of delicious, nut-free treats and refreshments are always available for purchase at our retail corner.

6. You are Your Child’s Superhero Supervisor!

   We’re dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and respectful play environment for all families. To support this, we ask grown-ups to encourage our little adventurers to take turns, share, and show kindness to one another. Rough play, bullying, or any behavior that may put other guests or our staff at risk will not be permitted.

7. Personal Belongings

   Please keep your valuables with you. WonderPlay Zone is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Cubbies are available for your convenience and are used at your own risk.

8. Our Commitment to Safety (Liability)

   Your family’s safety is our top priority. While we work hard to maintain the highest safety standards, all guests acknowledge that they play at their own risk. By entering, you agree to comply with the policies and supervise your children to prevent injury. A signed waiver is required for all children upon entry

9. Your Privacy Matters

   We care about keeping your family’s privacy safe. Any information shared with us for bookings or memberships will only be used for our operations. For safety, security cameras are in place for monitoring purposes. You’re welcome to capture memories of your own child’s adventure, but please avoid posting photos of other children unless you have their parent’s permission. Thank you for helping us protect everyone’s privacy!

10. Our Commitment

    By visiting, all guests agree to follow our house rules and the guidance of our staff. These policies help us ensure that WonderPlay Zone remains a clean, safe, and fun for everyone. Non- compliance to our general policy may result in being asked to leave, and refunds will not be provided.
